Reginald A. Greene is the Founder of Greene Legal Group LLC. Attorney Greene represents or has represented debtors, creditors, creditors' committees, indenture trustees, purchasers, and potential purchasers in complex corporate restructuring and bankruptcy matters. He also advises or has advised Fortune 500 companies, start-up, small and mid-sized companies, actors, models, recording artists, music and television producers, publishers, songwriters, record labels, marketing and promotions companies, media enterprises and individuals.
Reginald is admitted to the State Bars of Georgia, Illinois, Missouri and New York. He is also admitted to the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, the Northern District of Georgia and the Southern District of Illinois. He has appeared in the United States Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern District of Missouri, District of Delaware, Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and state courts in which he is admitted.
He is a member of the American Bar Association, the National Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia, and the American Bankruptcy Institute.
Reginald has co-authored and authored numerous articles related to his practice areas and also served as Executive Editor of Owners Illustrated Magazine.
A native of New York City, Reginald moved to Atlanta where he currently practices. Prior to moving to Atlanta, he spent three years with the international law firm of Jones Day, four years with the powerhouse firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP in New York City and two years with the highly-regarded firm of Thompson Coburn in St. Louis, Missouri. |
